Discretion is the first principle of our work. This page explains, in plain terms, what personal information we hold and why.
What we collect
Only what you give us. When you write to us — via WhatsApp, LINE, email, or the enquiry form — we hold your name, contact details, and the content of your request. When you become a client, we hold what is necessary to arrange your affairs: preferences, travel details, addresses, and the like.
How we use it
Solely to arrange what you have asked for and to keep in touch about your arrangements. We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing to clients unless invited.
Who sees it
Your lifestyle manager and, where a request requires it, the specific partner or supplier fulfilling it — a hotel, a driver, a restaurant. Never more people than the request needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are held for as long as they are useful to us in reaching you. Client records are held for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period after, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask, at any time, what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sergei@auren-private.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
