No retainer. Send a single request, a dinner, a delivery, a weekend away, and we arrange it for a per request fee. Many members begin here and stay this way. Enquire for terms.
You ask. Message us on WhatsApp, LINE, or the form. A sentence is enough.
We arrange. Your manager confirms the plan, the timing, and the cost before anything is booked.
It's handled. You hear from us when it's done, and only as much as you want in between.

02How much does your concierge service cost?
Fees are quoted privately after a first conversation. Membership is a monthly retainer sized to how often you plan to use us. On demand work is quoted per request. Please enquire for terms.
03Where do you work?
Our office is in Bangkok. We look after members across Thailand, and arrange travel, events, personal shopping, education, and access in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, and the Middle East.
04Do you help Thai residents travel abroad?
Yes. A large part of our work is arranging private jets, family holidays, honeymoons, personal shopping, and property viewings in Europe and elsewhere for members based in Bangkok.
05How quickly can you take on a new member?
Most new members join through a personal introduction. After an initial call we can usually begin within a few days. Membership is deliberately limited so we can look after each member properly.
06How discreet is the service?
Every arrangement is confidential. Requests, itineraries, and personal details are shared only with the people who need them, and never outside our team.
